1ecomm is an e-commerce and website-builder platform operated by Digitrend Consulting Inc. ("we", "us", "1ecomm"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including our SMS one-time sign-in code program.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, and (if you choose passwordless / SMS sign-in) your mobile phone number.
Store & content data — the websites, products, and settings you create on the platform.
Usage & device data — log data, IP address, and basic analytics used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

To provide, operate, and secure your 1ecomm account and stores.
To authenticate you — including sending one-time sign-in verification codes by SMS when you request them.
To provide support and to send essential service notices.

3. SMS one-time sign-in codes (A2P messaging)

When you enter your mobile number and opt in on our sign-in or sign-up screen (the consent checkbox is unchecked by default), you consent to receive a one-time passcode (OTP) by SMS to sign in to your 1ecomm account. These messages are transactional and user-initiated — a code is sent only after you request one.

Message frequency: varies — typically one message per sign-in attempt.
Rates: message and data rates may apply.
Help & opt-out: reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time; you can also sign in with email instead.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the sign-in codes you request.

4. Sharing & service providers

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the service — for example, our SMS delivery provider (Telnyx) to send your sign-in codes, and our cloud/hosting and payment providers. These providers are bound to use the data only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Data retention & security

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it. One-time codes are short-lived (they expire within minutes).

6. Your choices & rights

You may access, update, or delete your account information, opt out of SMS at any time (reply STOP or use email sign-in), and request deletion of your data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
