You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. We offer passwordless sign-in via a one-time code sent by SMS or email; keep your codes confidential and never share them. Codes expire within minutes.
If you opt in to SMS sign-in, you consent to receive one-time sign-in verification codes by text message. Message frequency varies (typically one per sign-in); message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number and consent.
You agree not to misuse the service, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; sending unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages; or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
You retain ownership of the content and stores you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate your stores. You are responsible for your content and for complying with laws applicable to your business.
Paid plans and transaction fees, where applicable, are described at sign-up or in your account. Taxes may apply.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitrend Consulting Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
