Catalog & inventory

Put your whole range online,
and never sell what you do not have.

Add products by typing a name, attaching a spec sheet or photographing a label, import the rest in a batch you review first, and keep one stock count that every channel draws from.

Why it matters

The problems it takes off your plate

What merchants tell us goes wrong, and what the platform does about each one.

“Typing every product in by hand took weeks.”

Start from what you already have

Type a product name, attach spec sheets, manuals or price lists, or photograph the packaging. Details come back as suggestions, each showing where it came from, for you to confirm.

“We sold the last one online after it had gone out the shop door.”

One count across every channel

Online checkout, the in-store till and pickup all draw from the same stock. A unit sold in one place is immediately unavailable in the others.

“A bad import overwrote half our product data.”

See the import before it writes

An upload is staged and analysed first. Products are only written after you review the preview and confirm, and duplicate SKUs stop the import instead of slipping through.

“Nobody knew why the stock number changed.”

Every adjustment has a reason

Each stock change records a reason, who made it, and the before and after counts, and the movement history can be exported to a spreadsheet.

How it works

What happens behind the screen

  1. Products and variants

A product carries options and variants, so a shirt in five sizes and three colours is one product with fifteen sellable variants.

  2. Suggestions with evidence

Quick add reads a title, attached documents or a label photo and proposes details. Each suggestion names its source, and nothing is saved until you confirm it.

  3. Stock per location

Available stock is on hand minus reserved, tracked per location. Placing an order reserves the units, so two shoppers cannot buy the same last item.

  4. Reviewed imports

CSV, Excel and JSON files up to 20 MB, or a public product page you are authorised to use, are staged, mapped and previewed before anything is created.

Get started

How to switch it on

The exact screens, in order. Nothing here needs a developer.

  1. Add your first product

Go to Products → Add. Choose Quick add from a title for speed, or Add manually when you want direct control of every field.

  2. Attach what you already have

Under the title, add spec sheets or price lists as PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV or Excel, or a photo of the label, and confirm the details it finds.

  3. Import the rest

Open Add & Improve Catalog → Imports, upload a CSV, XLSX or JSON file, map the columns, review the preview, and choose Confirm and import.

  4. Set stock at each location

Open a store location’s Inventory, choose Add adjustment, enter the on-hand count and pick a reason such as Receiving or Cycle count.

Straight answers

What it does not do yet

We would rather you know now than find out after you have planned around it.

  • Imports take CSV, XLSX, JSON or a public product page. A PDF catalogue or a site behind a login cannot be imported.
  • Old .doc files cannot be read; save them as DOCX or PDF first.
  • A manually created product supports up to 100 option combinations.
