Retail & omnichannel

Sell in person,
from the same stock you sell online.

Run a till from your online catalog, take cash, card or both on one sale, and let shoppers buy online and collect in store — all from one stock count per location.

Card at the till: Card payments at the register need your payment account connected and a card reader paired to it. Cash sales work without either.

Why it matters

The problems it takes off your plate

What merchants tell us goes wrong, and what the platform does about each one.

“A customer wanted to pay half in cash and the till could not do it.”

Split tender

Take part in cash and part on a card, in any order. The till shows the balance owing until it reaches zero, and nothing is sold until it does.

“Card sales made the cash drawer look short every night.”

Card takings stay out of the drawer

Expected cash and the close-out variance count cash only, so a day of card sales never reads as a shortfall.

“We promised pickup for something that was not on the shelf.”

Pickup only where it is in stock

A cart can be collected at a store only when that store is active and has enough stock of every item in it.

“Prices were different online and in store, and nobody knew which was right.”

Prices by channel or store

Set a price for online, for the till or for one exact store, falling back to the base price wherever no override exists.

How it works

What happens behind the screen

  1. Locations

Each store has its address, hours and timezone, and its own stock: on hand, reserved and available.

  2. Where each product sells

Channel offers decide per variant, and optionally per store, whether it sells online, at the till or both, and whether pickup is offered.

  3. The till

Open a cashier session with a float, search by barcode or SKU, calculate tax, and take cash, card or both until the balance is paid.

  4. Pickup

Staff mark an order ready, the shopper is emailed, and collection is recorded, using the stock that was held for it.

Get started

How to switch it on

The exact screens, in order. Nothing here needs a developer.

  1. Add your stores

In Retail → Store Locations, choose Add location and enter the address, coordinates, timezone and opening hours.

  2. Set stock per store

Open each location’s Inventory and apply adjustments with a reason.

  3. Choose what sells where

In Channel Offers, set per variant whether it sells online, at the till or both, and where pickup is available.

  4. Open a register

In Retail → Point of Sale, add a register for a location, then open a cashier session with an opening float.

  5. Run the pickup queue

Use Retail → Pickup Queue to mark orders ready and record collection.

Straight answers

What it does not do yet

We would rather you know now than find out after you have planned around it.

  • Item-level returns, exchanges, store credit and gift receipts are not available at the till; refunds are cash amounts.
  • A card payment on a completed sale cannot be refunded from the till.
  • The till needs a connection to take payment; offline payments are not supported.
  • Ship-from-store and ship-to-store can be recorded on an offer but are not carried out yet.
