Bring shoppers back, without giving away your margin.
Build offers from a simple code to gift with purchase, test them on a sample basket before they go live, run invite-only sales, and email the customers who asked to hear from you.
What merchants tell us goes wrong, and what the platform does about each one.
“A 20% code ended up discounting the one product we make no money on.”
Scope it before you launch
Choose exactly which products, categories, collections or tags a discount applies to, and preview it against your live catalog with price, cost and margin.
“Customers stacked three codes and we paid them to shop.”
Limits enforced when the order is placed
Validity windows, usage limits and stacking rules are enforced when the order is placed, not only when a code is typed.
“Our VIP event link ended up on a coupon site.”
Access checked on the server
Private sales check access when products are viewed, added to a cart and bought, with invite-only, segment, secret-link and early-access modes.
“We were afraid of emailing people who had unsubscribed.”
Consent checked for every email
Campaigns reach only customers who opted in. Suppressed addresses are never emailed, and complaints and hard bounces suppress an address automatically.
How it works
What happens behind the screen
1
Build the offer
Percent off, fixed amount, free delivery, buy one get one, free item or gift with purchase — with a code, or applied automatically.
2
Test it
Describe a sample basket to see exactly which lines are discounted, then preview the offer against real catalog variants.
3
Reach the right people
Build a rule-based segment, write a campaign, and send it now or schedule it. Consent is checked for each recipient as it sends.
4
Reward and retain
Gift cards are accepted as a payment at checkout, and referrals and loyalty points are recorded when the order is placed.

How to switch it on
The exact screens, in order. Nothing here needs a developer.
1
Create a discount
Open Marketing → Discounts and choose New discount. Set the basics, what it applies to, and its limits.
2
Try it before you activate
Use Try it before you activate at the bottom of the form, then save it as Active.
3
Plan a private sale
Open Marketing → Private Sales, choose New private sale, set the access method and times, add products, then schedule and open it.
4
Send a campaign
In Marketing → Campaigns, choose Create draft, pick a segment, write the email, and choose Review & send now or Review & schedule.

Straight answers
What it does not do yet
We would rather you know now than find out after you have planned around it.
– Shoppers cannot yet see a points balance or redeem points on the storefront.
– A scheduled campaign cannot be edited. Cancel it before sending starts and create a corrected draft.
– If a campaign stops partway, it is not automatically resent to the whole audience, so nobody is emailed twice.
